Please ask us if this can be sent with your order as this is an add-on product which cannot be purchased in small quantities due to supplier minimum order quantities. It may be able to be purchased as single units & sent alongside selected distribution products. Minimum order value (of this product and/or grouped similar adhesives/floor prep) for it to be sent on its own would be £250.00 (exc VAT).

Description

PVC welding rod for use with Gerflor Safety Flooring and Gerflor smooth flooring. These welding rods are available in a range of colours designed to blend with the floorcoverings. Unless otherwise specified matching rods and GerflorMastic 100 should be used with Gerflor safety flooring. All sheets and tiles should be hot welded. Sold in 100 metre coils.

  • Used for all types of PVC floors, for coving and sport floors
  • Ensure a complete watertight seal
  • Gerflor has a large range of rod available = the CR41 rod has been developed especially for the shower mural covering
  • For a better weld the correct grooving should be performed
  • Use an adapted nozzle (Ultra Speed Nozzle)
  • Rods’ diam. : 4 mm / 4,1 mm / 5 mm / 6 mm (H011 – sport repair only)
